Essential Job Qualifications: • Efficient in Microsoft Office • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a dynamic environment. • Minimum High school diploma • Manual labor (must be able to lift up to 65lbs) Summary Statement: Responsible for handling all inbound and outbound shipments and security of any inventory in warehouse. Responsible for proper shipping and packaging, check in, inspection, asset tagging, export compliance and maintaining an organized warehouse. Assigned Responsibilities or Duties: • Assist in maintaining the operation of a clean, orderly, functional and safe distribution warehouse • Provide accurate freight quotes to sales • Responsible for receiving, handling and deliveries • Identifies and routes all inbound and outbound products • Verify quantity and quality of stock received from vendors • Coordinates warehouse dock, unloading and loading trucks, informs purchasing of damaged goods and late deliveries • Profile shipments of goods according to current DOT and IATA regulations • Responsible for assuring the warehouse complies ISO 9001:2015 & ISO/ISE 20243:2018 • Responsible for maintaining & counting all inventory • Weighs materials or products and records weight on tags and labels • Loads or unloads materials on or off trucks • Determines method of shipment utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates • Scan or Input information into accounting system • Manage all in route shipments for issues and resolve with carriers • Operates material handling equipment such as, pallet jacks, or dollies to move stock or reorganize inventory • Maintain warehouse supplies inventory levels. • Asset tagging or additional white glove services • Entry level order processing & status updates
