Steward Responsibilities: Ensuring that employees are thoroughly cleaning the kitchen fryers and not leaving any mess/spills behind Handing out supplies as needed to team Ensuring that all equipment used is in great condition Dispatching full oil barrels as needed Checking in with internal kitchen staff/Chefs to ensure that service levels are going well Assist with cleaning fryers as needed Ensure that employees are wearing proper attire and PPE Document fryers that are not cleaned correctly Walk-throughs as needed Training oil technicians as needed Steward Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent. Must meet the age limit to be added onto our insurance policy A friendly, polite, and courteous nature. Strong customer service and team working skills. Physical stamina to work long hours on your feet. The flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and organizational skills.
