We are looking for groundskeepers/porters to begin at Apartment complexes ASAP! Positions are currently available!!!. Temporary or Temp-to- Hire positions available! We are seeking hard working individuals who take pride in their work. Our best and most successful team members are: Reliable, Trustworthy, And Punctual with a CAN DO/WILL DO Attitude! OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has work experience in property maintenance, hotel housekeeping or janitorial roles. Has excellent attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills, and takes great pride in the quality of their work. Must have a passion for customer service! Groundskeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the property. Job includes but no limited to: 1. General cleaning (mopping, dusting, etc.,) 2. General sweeping 3. Provide basic janitorial duties including but not limited to ensuring bathroom cleanliness and trash pick-up throughout property 4. Maintaining curb side appeal (curbs and sidewalks included); 5. Maintain cleanliness of Streets, Pool, Laundry Rooms and Play area; 6. Maintain cleanliness of the area surrounding the Leasing Office. Apply today!!
