Full time Maintenance Person for large cooperative housing community. Requires someone who can rotate on call after hours needs, skills in basic plumbing & electrical. Wage will be based on knowledge and experience. Duties will include but not limited to: Interior and exterior maintenance Snow removal - plowing & shoveling Unit turns Grounds upkeep Inventory control Drywall repairs Appliance moving/repairs Preventive maintenance practices Locks, faucets, screens, caulking etc. Applicants must have dependable transportation, clean driving record, drivers license, bond-able, able to lift 50lbs or more, work with water, heights, in all seasons. Ability to past drug screening and other background checks. Must work well with others, take direction and understand customer service value. Wage, medical, 401-k, paid holidays and personal days.
