Training will be on 1st shift and then position will move to 2nd shift after training is complete. Training Schedule: (2-4 Months) Monday - Thursday 5:30 am - 3:30 pm (1st shift) ***Regular Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:15 pm - 1:15 am (2nd shift)*** Pay Rate: $20.00/Hr. with a $22.86 increase after approximately, 12 month employment period. Responsibilities: • Production Exit-end Operator will be able to follow their process paperwork, for line-up and set-up needs. • The operator knows how to perform a-frame set-up and changes, or Surface winder preparation, and changes. • The operator knows how to operate the Crane system, for unloading goods. • The operator communicates with all teammates to move production along, and communicates any problems, they are having. • The operator will notify supervision and/or QA of any issues they are having throughout the run. • The operator is responsible for all on-line quality testing, i.e. Width, weight, thickness, color, etc. • The operator completes all daily production paperwork, and completes labeling of finished product. • The Exit-end Operator will demonstrate a solid work ethic through diligent effort, good decision-making, functioning as a good team member, and helping to improve the overall process. • The operator will work with co-workers and their sister-shift, along with supervisors and managers to put out a quality product. • The operator will complete any other duties assigned to them by supervision. Requirements: • High school Diploma, GED • Read a Tape measurer • Standing for various hours a day (sitting is optional) • Able to Lift up to 50+Lbs; above head and above waist. • Drive cars, Trucks, forklifts, and other company equipment. • Steel Toe Shoes • Background Check and Drug Test Please reply with full name and phone number. we will call you ASAP.
