If this sounds like you, RD Pipeline Construction is looking for General Laborers to join our team! As a laborer your main responsibility is to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient site while being a great team member. Duties include, but are not limited to, - Cleaning and preparing job sites - Loading and unloading material - Shoveling, digging trenches and backfilling holes - Working, safely, with power tools - Assisting Pipelayers and Heavy Equipment Operators with tasks such as installing water, sewer and sanitary lines - Following instructions from supervisors and practicing safe work habits This is a full time position, with wages starting at $19 an hour but increase based on experience. Minimum Requirements: - Construction experience, preferably with underground utility construction - Familiarity with hand tools - Ability to communicate well with other crew members - Great attendance and work ethic - Ability to work overtime and work in changing weather conditions Hiring Requirements: - Must have reliable transportation, as work sites can often change - Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check - Must be able to legally work in the United States Benefits: - 100% employer paid premium paid for medical, dental, vision and disability insurance - Optional additional life insurance - Company sponsored 401K and Roth with match - Vacation, Sick and Holiday Pay About RD Pipeline: RD Pipeline is a Colorado-based family business that has been delivering quality workmanship with a “will-do” attitude since 1985.
