High-performance construction firm based in Rochester/Fingerlakes region is seeking a semi-skilled laborer to join our team. We specialized in high-end residential home construction and renovation. The position is available immediately. Experience in the home construction industry is preferred but not necessary. Job Prerequisites: • Ability to follow understand and carry out oral or written instructions • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals • Attention to detail and strong work ethic • Ability to perform a variety of tasks throughout the workday • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment • Ability to lift 60lbs+. Job Responsibilities: • Prompt attendance and working a full day (7:30am – 4:30pm) • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times particularly while communicating with other colleagues, supervisors, clients and tradespeople • Perform all assigned tasks and duties in an expedient, efficient and thorough manner • Maintain a high level of safety consciousness at all times • Maintain a clean work environment • Operate and maintain all company equipment according to best practice Job Benefits: • Full time pay.
