I NEED A FLAT TOW ABOUT 3 MILES

I have a 2003 Ford Explorer 6 cylinder 2 wheel drive. I need to go about 3 miles I have the tow bar hooked up to the front. (2" ball ) I have lights as well. Need a vehicle with a hitch.(SUV, TRUCK VAN or 2 four wheelers ) I have a 2" ball and I have some 1"3/8 class 3 hitches but no 2" hitches. The ball needs to measure about 18 " from the ground so it matches up even/level with my tow bar. So maybe need a step down hitch. I have one for a class 2 receivers I would like to get this Done around 12 or 1 this afternoon. Send me your price, your vehicle/hitch info and a time you are available. Thanks.
