Grounds position is now open with Delaware Labor Resources! We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to handle grounds pick up in Bear, DE. Hours: - 8am to 4pm (with 1/2 hour lunch break) Monday through Friday - Weekends off Compensation: - Pay starts at $15/hr - Raises considered after a 2 month probationary period Benefits: - Aflac policy - Paid time off accrued per hours worked - 10 Paid holidays after 2 months of employment - Simple IRA plan (portion matched by employer) Responsibilities : - Drive a work truck to locations in 3 different neighborhoods and pick up loose trash found on the grounds. - Report to Site Supervisor if there are large items found around the grounds and near dumpster sites. Requirements: - Driver’s License - Dependable transportation to the jobsite - Clean Driving record
