We’re a family-owned small business located in Arlington, Virginia and we’re looking to expand our team. We perform a wide range of residential home maintenance handyman tasks, including: carpentry, light plumbing and electrical, general mechanical repairs, overseeing vendors, and performing and managing tasks associated with typical remodeling projects. Our team is looking for: 1. New to the field journeymen who want to learn through on-the-job training. 2. Skilled Craftsmen with hands-on experience in light electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical, trim/framing carpentry. You will: • Perform preventive maintenance and handyman tasks requested by the client. • Manage on site subcontractors. • Have opportunity to work on larger scale remodeling projects (additions, basements, kitchens).  • Communicate directly with homeowners, sub contractors, and clearly document all work.  All candidates: • Must have a professional appearance and demeanor. • Must have strong English verbal and written communication skills. • Clean driving record and background check are required. • Work authorization.
