Equipment Operator and Site Labor/Logistics for Home Building Projects

Custom home building company in Northern Virginia (Vienna) is seeking an energetic team member to operate machinery and provide general site labor throughout the construction process of several new Custom Home construction projects yearly. Requirements: - Valid driver’s license - No DUI - Ability to pass a background check - Speak English (2nd language Spanish a plus) Experience operating machinery such as: - Compact Track Loader - Mini Excavator - Towing/Trailering Equipment & Machinery (CDL not required) Job Duties: - Load, move, and unload jobsite equipment using a Ford F600 in a safe manner using best practices. Training will be provided. - Light excavation, foundation backfills, site grading, and site leveling using CAT Compact Track Loader. - Light trenchwork using Mini Excavator. - Silt fence installation and maintenance. - Install and maintain construction entrances. - Light landscaping including smaller tree/shrub removal. Occasional mowing/weed whacking. - Always maintain clean and orderly jobsites. Material movement, stacking, and general cleanup. - Power washing. Compensation: - Paid hourly based on experience twice a month. Employment Type / Shift: - Full-time. Benefits: - Health insurance available. - Paid time off.
