We specialize in Roll Formed Racking, Structural Racking, Tube Racking, Push-Back Racking, Pallet Flow Racking, and Drive-in Racking. We provide Racking with some of the largest companies in the United States including Amazon, Costco, and Walmart. Job Requirements: Strong work Ethic Must be willing to work hard long hours including overtime and Saturdays (if needed) Has to be willing to Travel: This position requires travel in the surrounding areas and if needed out of state When travel is required out of the Oregon area we will pay for travel time, hotel, and a per diem Self-motivated and able to work as a team Reliable transportation and divers license Willing to learn and be trained on-site Ability to work in a Construction environment Must be reliable, dependable, trainable, and coachable If you choose to get your OSHA 10 certification on your own time or you already have one and present certification you receive an immediate $0.50 increase in hourly pay (Not Required) Experience: Entry - Level Rack Installation Experience (not required) Construction Experience Schedule: Monday - Friday 10-12 hour shifts (Shifts usually start around 7 AM) Saturday (if needed) 8-10 hour shifts A lot of Overtime pay Benefits: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance- Available after 90 days - Full-time employees eligible Time off available Pay: starting at $16.50/hr.
