Looking for drywall patch men/women. We had a great turnout recruiting employees last time, so we are back again and excited to expand our TEAM!   Requirements :    - Must fill out 1099 form as well as employment packet  - Must have work vehicle to haul tools and materials. - Must have all necessary tools. - Must know how to speak, write and read English. (Spanish is a plus, but not necessary).    Major Responsibilities and Duties:    - Knowledge of framing a wall, wood or metal.  - Perform all 5 levels of finishes - Must know how to perform hand comb texture  - Repair drywall including installing proper drywall board.  - Match or spray various types of textures.  - Will perform at least 1-2 patches per day, depending on size. (Most jobs are one day gigs)  - Must know how to protect all areas while working including furniture, floor, etc.  - Must look presentable. No baggy clothes, torn shoes, etc.    Benefits:    - Paid daily with business printed check for the first 2 weeks then transition to every Friday by check or direct deposit.  - Pay starts at $150/day maxes out at $240/day - $60 prepaid gas card available every week.  - Consistent work, M-F (weekends are available with request)  - We only pay for labor, materials are provided. - Tool replacement after 6 weeks. Up to $100 every 2 weeks. - Paid Bonuses from $200-$800 every 3 months (all depending on quality and production of your work)   Hours:    - M-F.  9am-6pm with hour lunch   NOTES:   If you meet all requirements, email us your full name, phone number and years of experience.
