Landscape Maintenance working Supervisor compensation: Negotiable with experience, Salary position can vary based on knowledge/experience employment type: full-time Must have good driving record, computer knowledge, preferably bilinguel and minimum 5 years experience in the landscape maintenance industry. Landscape maintenance company looking for a person to help manage various landscape maintenance accounts. • Provide clear expectations, training, guidance and constructive feedback to all team members. • Hands on directing crews regarding landscape maintenance, irrigation and installation. • Direct team members in the selection and safe and efficient use of the appropriate equipment. • Ensure that employee behavior is professional at all times. • Final approval of all work performed. Prior to leaving each day, ensure that every task has been completed according to standards, and that all tools and materials have been returned to there location. • Provide relevant communication concerning the property to your direct Manager and or property manager. Complete and submit hours, materials & supplies usage, and other reports as assigned. • Keep a list, plan ahead, and purchase (as necessary) materials and tools needed. It is the foreman’s responsibility to have what is needed at each jobsite. Record Keeping A schedule book is used for tracking labor and materials usage, task details and specific notes about each property being serviced. • Review crew start times and stop times for each day. • Review materials used on each property. • Review all the property details prior to beginning work on each property. • Input notes and important details about the property, including the necessary tools and tasks that need to be performed the following visit.
