Hiring crew members who can or are willing to learn to perform any facet of home renovation work. Must be able to read a tape measure. Must be able to work from heights. Must be able to follow directions. Smart phone required - you will install a time tracking app and you'll clock in and out. Bank account required. You'll be paid by direct deposit. Must be legal to work in the US. This is a W-2 job, working under the direct supervision of a licensed general contractor. All work will be performed in accord with building codes and will meet the contractor's standards. This job is being advertised as a full time temporary position. Permanacy will be determined by how well my crew performs as a whole and company ability to purchase additional properties or pick up additional work. Schedule will be a little wonky to start, but we are looking at 9 am to 5:30 PM daily, on weekdays only. No smoking on the jobsite. Vaping is ok. Smoking in your car on breaks is ok. Zero tolerance for drugs or alcohol on jobsite. Slip resistant shoes are required. Steel toes are acceptable but I dont require them. Your job will be easier if you have your own hand tools.
