stolen tools at 1020 bailard out of white truck

Someone took a case out of the back of my truck similar to the one in the picture. There was a 1/4 snap on ratchet, 3 double box end wrenches, 1/4 sockets 7-14mm, wire stripper and wire crimpers, pliers (craftsman), and a 50 piece bit set for nut driver. All tools were snap on except the pliers. Went missing between 9pm-630am last night. 10/4/21 If anyone is offered tools for sale that match this description I will give you 500$ or the tools if you positively identify the thief. I have an idea but no proof.
