Gancarz Painting Inc is looking for new painters to join the crew for our 38-year established painting company based out of Chester County PA (Wayne PA). Our services include but are not limited to interior/exterior, commercial/residential painting. We practice in southeastern Pennsylvania including Montgomery, Chester, Bucks and Delaware counties. We carry all required insurances, licenses, and certifications. We are also inviting qualified subcontractors who are interested in commercial/industrial painting contracts to reach out. For employees (painters) we offer: Very competitive pay (based on experience). Salary or hourly. Paid time off/vacation days. Paid travel when jobs are farther away. Possibility for a company truck/van after 6 months. Advancement opportunity within the company. Year-round, full-time work. Excellent work environment with customers who have been with us for years and are great to work with. Some customers will cash tip painters. Qualifications for employees (painters): -Trust-worthy, reliable, respectful, and good work ethic. -High attention to detail during all stages of the job. -Have personal transportation. -Pass drug test/background check. -Experience painting from and maneuvering ladders safely. -At least 3 years’ experience painting, greater experience is a plus. -Able to correctly complete basic interior/exterior paint jobs, pressure washing, drywall repair/spackling, caulking...etc. -Experience using boom/scissor lifts, spraying, and having your own basic tools is a plus. -light carpentry or paperhanging is a plus. Can have you working in as soon as 1 week after a meeting/paid trial period. You will be paid weekly by check.
