No travel!Job Functions:Move trailers on property as directed by customer personnel or systemsVerify seals and perform any load status yard checks as required by facilityPerform trailer safety checks including, but not limited to, sliding tandem axles (if required).Red Tag trailers if needed.Must obey any and all applicable traffic laws while conducting its operations on behalf of the customer.Will obey all facility traffic and safety rules as required by specific facilitiesAdhere here to appropriate training records and sign off procedures as required by each facilityParticipate in continuous improvement processesMaintain an effective Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI) schedule for equipment.Qualifications:Ability to read, write and speak EnglishBasic math skillsSteel toed safety shoes are requiredExpected to work productively and safelyCombination equipment and backing experienceYou must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screeningPrevious switching experience a plusSafe driving record; No DUI, DWI, or impaired driving in the last 7 years, No more than 3 points on driving record at time of hireMust possess a current driver's licenseComfortable working in all weather conditions.
