Save the cats and baby kittens

Even though the guy that has approximately 40 cats and kittens on his property owns the property, he is living homeless in his pick up truck. This has been going on for several years. Me and a friend of mine rented camping spots from him back this past June and stayed there for 3 months. During such time, my friend and I bought 40 pound bags of cat food each week to make sure they had food and gave all of our food scraps to the cats as well. During that time, the guy we rented from found a half grown pig that was abandoned and my friend bought feed for the pig because we knew that the guy we rented from couldn't even afford to feed the cats much less a growing pig. After a couple of months of having the pig, we found someone on an actual farm that wanted the pig but, the guy we rented from refused to let the people take it. That's when we moved away from that guy and off his property. It is an actual fact that the cats and kittens are going hungry, during the month of August, at least 7 or 8 of the cats and kittens died from being sick. The whole place around where he parks his truck to live in it is a total dump, trash and beer cans everywhere. He is a total alcoholic and his beer takes priority over feeding himself or the cats and kittens. At least 3 of the female cats were due to have kittens when we left, there is no telling how many cats are there now. The address is 677 High Falls Road, Jackson, Ga. Hopefully someone in the area can have this matter investigated and save the cats and kittens.I was told that the pig died after we moved so I don't know the actual status of the pig at this time.
