We own and manage a mobile home park in the Gaston area. We have several mobile homes in need of renovations to be made ready to rent. We are looking for a contractor who is familiar with mobile home repairs and can do any and all of the following: remodeling mobile homes, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, carpentry, sheetrock, painting, cabinets, etc. We would like to develop a relationship with a local contractor that could continue to help us with these renovations for years to come, as renters come and go throughout the year and there will always be work to be done. With that in mind, we are hoping to get competitive pricing and efficient work. We have estimated the amount of work needed in each home and the labor costs per home should range between $1,500-$5,500 and take anywhere from a few days to a week and a half.
