CCS is an award-winning mid-size commercial construction general contractor that is seeking out capable Commercial Construction Superintendents with experience in retail, office, restaurant, tenant improvement, and ground up construction. We are searching for both local and traveling positions. We offer competitive wages and benefits. Superintendent job duties include, but are not limited to: • Supervision and coordination of subcontractors and carpenters/laborers. • Experience with framing, drywall, painting and other hands-on construction activities. • Ability to travel is a plus but not required. • Knowledge of all aspects of construction. • Strong problem-solving Skills. • Adaptable and willing to learn. • Construction Safety Knowledge. • Proficient computer skills. • Administrative skills for daily logs, site pictures, etc. • Strong communication skills. • Basic Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical work. • Ability to travel out of state is a plus, but not required. • Experience with Multi-Family construction is a plus.
