Vacation rental company looking to hire a handyman for two units. This is a very part-time job for now, but it's great for someone looking for supplemental income. We are looking to get more rentals in the near future. We pay weekly. Invoices must be sent by Sunday for the prior week's work. Payment will be submitted Monday and you will receive funds in your account by the following Thursday. Requirements: - Must sign 1099 - Must be legal to work in the US - Must be able to speak English fluently - Must be reliable and readily available - Must be able to communicate and respond via text - Must have own work truck or van (No Cars) - Must have own set of tools - Must have own smartphone and be able to take photos of completed work - Must be able to fully complete invoices with all information required Description: Most of the jobs are small, easy to manage tasks (e.g., replace light bulbs, replace batteries in smoke detectors, fix broken doorknobs, fix broken beds, help move furniture, help hang art on walls, empty and dump overflowing trash in trash cans, take out trash cans when needed, unclog toilets, flip breakers, set up lockboxes, assist with new property set up.) Pay: $35 per visit/first hour, $25 an hour after the first hour. Must keep track of time and unit info for each job in detail.
