Looking for someone to do general maintenance work at a 55+ mobile home community.
Some of the tasks include but aren't limited to maintaining the pool/jacuzzi facilities, landscape of the common areas, picking up trash from the streets for residents, cleaning the clubhouse, assisting the manager with delivering notices, removing weeds, getting bids for projects and communicating with residents when needed.
