Help Finding Animal Abuser

My white cat was shot in the right side with a small caliber bullet on Friday night between 9:15pm and 12:00 midnight after she got out accidentally. She died of this gunshot wound at 12:30pm on Saturday. She lived in Parkway Vista MHP so this may have occurred in that park or somewhere in any of the small neighborhoods between Oracle and Fairview that border West Limberlost. She was solid white as stated above except for a black tail. She was gorgeous and usually friendly to most everyone. She was small to medium size, weighing 8 lb, so she was a small target. She made it back home and I had no idea what had been done to her until she was examined at the emergency vet. She could not be saved due to the complications that came with the gunshot wound. I am heartbroken and devastated by this senseless act of violence that killed her. If you or anyone you know has any info about who may have done this cruel and horrific thing, please respond so the police can follow up on this crime. Any such abuser of animals needs to pay for their crime in whatever way our laws allow.
