RESPONSIBILITIES
Desire to work with wood and within high-functioning, flexible teams
Knowledge and use of woodworking hand tools
Skilled use of typical shop floor machines such as fork lifts
Possess some working knowledge of woodworking and general assembly techniques
Correctly perform all aspects of routine work, meeting quality standards and requirements
Able to communicate effectively with co-workers, managers and others
Willing to learn and respond to direction in order to provide assistance to others
Perform activities that directly support team outcomes
Flexible in cross-training
Perform duties based on instructions and past practices
Must be able to take responsibility for own contributions to team/unit goals
QUALIFICATIONS
Maintain a safe, ergonomic work environment
Must be able to lift repetitively materials and/or parts weighing approximately 5-10 pounds
