Our Client in Orlando, FL is looking for reliable candidates to be part of their team and help with the loading and unloading of boxes. The right candidates must be able to handle, sort and move packages. (Each package weights around 50 to 60 lbs.) Throughout the shift you'll be moving packages from the conveyor belt to its corresponding dispatch space. This position has 3 shifts available: All shifts run from Sunday to Friday. 1st shift starts at 4:00 am and it ends around 2:00 pm or until finish with the production. You'll be doing from 10-12 hrs per day. 2nd shift starts at 2:00 pm and it ends around 10:00 pm but we are also required to stay until finish. You'll be doing from 10-12 hrs per day. 3rd shift starts at 10:00 pm and it ends around 6:00 am but again it'll be required to stay OT. Pay rate: • Regular without Incentive: .- 1st shift pays $14.00/Hr. .- 2nd Shift pays $15.00/Hr. .- 3rd Shift pays $15.00/Hr. • Regular with Incentive .- 1st shift pays $16.00/Hr. .- 2nd shift pays $17.00/Hr. .- 3rd Shift pays $17.00/Hr. Weekly Pay! There is an extra weekly Bonus of $100.00 per week if you comply with punctuality and don't miss any of the working days. Please understand that the OT is mandatory.
