Seeking multi-skilled laborer to assist with varied production installations for upcoming event. Preference will be given to applicants with proven experience successfully executing production tasks in a live-event, theater, or performance environment. Primary responsibilities will include installing production displays. Lumaze Christmas Festival - Cincinnati Build 11/9-11/23 Tear down 1/1-1/5 Responsibilities: Take initiative in resolving any technical issue or concerns Assist w/ load-in, install, & strike of all production equipment Must be able to multi-task and manage several responsibilities at once Ensure the space is maintained in show-ready conditions at all times Provide production & technical support to Event Manager and Zone Supervisors as necessary Attend staff training sessions and meetings as scheduled Have knowledge and respond effectively to emergencies and evacuation procedures Additional duties as assigned Ideal area of expertise in one or more of the following categories: Audio Lighting Rigging Projection Video Electrics Carpentry Network Ability to trouble-shoot & solve technical concerns Proven experience working in event or performance setting Heavy lifting required Comfortable working at heights Ability to stand and remain mobile for extended periods of time Ability to thrive in fast-paced, live event environment Ability to operate heavy-equipment a plus EPTC certified Ability to drive large vehicles a plus (Medcard applicable)
