Need GC for Cosmetic Remodel

Hi- I need a General Contractor (licensed or unlicensed is fine) to do a FULL remodel on a 4 bedroom / 2 bath house. I am an investor (but I am also a licensed, bonded, insured GC) that does a few flips per month. A new, reliable, skilled GC crew would be great.
