We currently have an immediate opportunity for an Assembler with a busy manufacturer in Lake Forest, CA. This role is responsible for ensuring sales order are accurately being assembled and packaged while following all work instructions which align with our quality standards. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Inspect product per Sales Order, count product, package boxes per work instruction, weigh boxes and stage for the particular method of shipping. Report discrepancies to Supervisor/Manager. Complete paperwork as directed. • Building boxes for the assembly of the Sales Orders for that day (i.e. Frames, Marque Plates, Hitch Plugs etc.) • Enter information in Chrome Book and continue to follow all Work Instructions. • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to lift, carry and/or push up to 52 lbs. objects as needed • Ability to push, pull, bend, and reach above shoulder level as needed • Ability to stand for an extended period of time without limitations • Good hand dexterity • Good eye-sight for process and inspection requirements. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to use hand tools safely, particularly X-Acto knives
