Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am- 4:30pm, half hour lunch, starting hourly wage $19 with $1 raise after 90 days.
Applicate should have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, grounds maintenance and general maintenance skills. We are looking for a "Jack of all trades and a master of none."
