I am spearheading a community-based maple syrup project for spring 2022. My goal is to identify a small number of community partners in Tompkins County that can provide access to their maple trees for tapping. I will provide the resources to tap and collect maple sap, and condense to form maple syrup for bottling. This 50/50 partnership will provide you 50% of all maple syrup made from your trees!
