We are searching for someone to take care of the the grounds for a large apartment community in SW Omaha. Your day would consist of: Maintaining the grounds are clean & clear of debris-trash Maintaining the rock & flower beds Maintaining the parking lots & dumpster area Delivering notices Light Maintenance work and/or assisting the maintenance staff NO Mowing! Team works together for snow removal on sidewalks - No snow removal on weekends! of course, other duties as needed We will reward you for your hard work with ABOVE average starting wage $500.00 Hiring Bonus after 3 months!
