Senior Project Manager with Residential New Construction Experience

General Contractor, and Developer, is looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager qualified to run a new residential construction project. This candidate must be experienced in running a project from the ground breaking phase, through its punch list phase. We are looking for a Project Manager that has 10-20 years of residential experience, one who is very familiar with surveys, new water service installs, underground plumbing, foundations, framing, roofing, masonry and siding, all MEPs, insulation and drywall, painting, and trim for the whole house. He or she will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities, the subcontractors, and any trades we self-perform. The candidate will be responsible for the selection of subs, drafting their subcontractor agreements, and managing their invoices and payables. To sum it up, the Senior Project Manager will be expected to run this project, allocate duties, as well as release warranties that will be needed by the perspective buyer.
