We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) HOUSEMAN in Chicago. We invite you to be part of our fast growing housekeeping team! Great opportunity to start a carrier in hospitality and vacation rental properties. The Houseman will be responsible for the general upkeep: warehouse, hallways, equipment and janitors closet. RESPONSABILITIES Remove all the bedding (strip rooms) and trash from the units. Load the dishwasher and empty ice trays. Identify and report possible repairs Report any lost/found items on a timely manner. Help the housekeeping team making the beds when needed. Help the housekeeping team vacuuming and mopping when necessary. Maintain the warehouse clean and organized at all times. Organize clean linens on shelves and dispatch dirty laundry. Maintain the consumable shelves well stocked. Conduct inspections when needed. Qualifications: Highly reliable and punctual Detail-oriented Strong time management Bilingual: Español/English *Experience preferred, not required for motivated candidates* We offer a flexible schedule 10:30AM to 5PM approximately
