Drywall repair, Porch flooring waterproof & Kitchen countertop replace

I need some help in following. 1) DRYWALL REPAIR someone to help with replacing some water damaged drywall of about 4 to 6 square ft. I would need the damaged drywall to be removed the area sprayed with Kilz and new drywall screwed in place. The mudding, sanding and painting can be done in a couple of weeks once the source of water leak is fixed. 2) PORCH FLOORING REPAIR Secondly the torch down asphalt roofing layer for water proofing on porch flooring needs to be fixed to stop water penetration. 3) KITCHEN CONTERTOP REPLACEMENT AND TILE WORK Finally I would need to replace a wood laminate Kitchen countertop and install some kitchen tiles back splash. I understand all these three can be fairly different skillsets. So, all these three can be handled together or separately depending upon the skillset. If you are a skilled professional that would want to provide quote for any one of the above, I can work with that. Or if a general contractor / Experienced remodeler that can take care of all that would work great too.
