is seeking  to join our team in Wheeling, IL. The Machine Operator will be making electrical components used in the aerospace and defense industries. Responsibilities include operation of production equipment, record keeping, visual and dimensional inspection. TO INTERVIEW AT OUR UPCOMING HIRING EVENTS!  Dynomax Offers: Competitive Compensation: CNC, Assembly and Molding: $15.00 - $16.00/hour plus 10% premium for 2nd shift Multi-Spindle: $18.00 - $20.00/hour Great Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, Company-paid life insurance 401(k) Plan with a generous Company match Paid holidays, Vacation and PTO Variety of optional benefits (FSA, AFLAC, etc.) Training, Growth and Advancement Responsibilities: The CNC Operator will load and unload parts on a CNC mill while monitoring the machine and tooling. Will use various tools like micrometer and optical comparator to check part quality. No CNC experience required. The Multi-Spindle Machine Operator will analyze machine conditions, troubleshoot, and maintain the machine. The Machine Operator will be making very small parts for electrical components used in aerospace and defense applications.  The Injection Molding Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, inspecting & trimming parts, and insert molding. The Assembler will be responsible for making wire bundles, as well as crimping the contacts using the automatic or manual crimper. Assemblers also visually inspect components to ensure for quality. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Ability to communicate effectively & understand verbal and written directions given in the English language Must be a U.S. Citizen or have Permanent Residency CNC Operator: Manufacturing experience; ability to lift 25 pounds and ability to work in a team. Multi-Spindle:Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail, Manual dexterity and the ability to handle very small parts. Injection Molding: Proficient in counting, adding and subtracting numbers, Good manual dexterity, Ability to inspect parts under a microscope, Ability to stand at the machine for extended periods of time. Assembler: Proficient in counting, adding and subtracting numbers, Ability to use microscope in order to properly load micro-miniature parts into manual table crimping machine, Ability to actively listen to and carry out work instructions.
