I found a female dog (likely a lab mix) with a pink collar near west division st (memorial hwy) and Curtis this morning around 930. She was crossing in and out of traffic. If this sounds like you're dog then she was left this morning with MV police dept and Animal control on continental place in MV. Reach out to them if you think this is your baby.
