Work Description: ▪️Demolition ▪️ Drywalling ▪️ Landscape ▪️ Material Pickup / Drop Off SUBCONTRACTOR CREW LEADS: Requirements: ▪️ Must be able to provide 1099, General Liability, and Worker's Compensation Exemption certificate; Or LLC, General Liability, and Worker's Compensation/Worker's Compensation Exemption certificate Job Description and Requirements: ▪️Subcontracted work ▪️ Muliti-Family 2-8 units + Single-Family work; ▪️ Ability to maintain great communication via our Vendor Project Management System Specific Skillsets needed: ▪️FRAMING CREW OF 1-2 PEOPLE, $30/hr. Specializing in additions and trusses. ▪️TILE CREW FOR BATHROOMS AND RENOVATIONS $30/ ▪️Concrete / block / slab crews ▪️Painters ▪️Drywall ▪️Pavers ▪️Finish carpenters
