Hey all! So I am in search of a few great cleaners. Speaking for myself & what I expect from a cleaner. TRANSPORTATION & ABILITY to drive in the snow is a must! INTEGRITY! HONESTY! (everyone has a past! Not interested in your falls, interested in how you got back up) DEDICATION! ABILITY TO WORK & GET ALONG WITH PEOPLE FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE, DIFFERENT ETHNICITIES, RELIGIONS, & OR BELIEFS! PUNCTUALITY IS A MUST! (4-5 hr window to complete the clean) ABILITY TO WORK @ A FAST PACE W OUT LOWERING QUALITY! EXPERIENCE? GREAT! Make sure you are willing to learn & take direction. NO EXPERIENCE? GREAT! Willingness to learn & follow direction are the skills needed. Understand I'm not hiring sitting behind a desk, expecting people to do what I dont or wont. Finding hard & dedicated workers is not an easy task. If you show up & show out, it will not go unnoticed! I show my appreciation & gratitude. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, stand on stools, walk up & down stairs sometimes carrying supplies & or linens, ability to stand on your feet a minimum of 4 hours is 100% necessary to perform this job.
