We're wrapping up a construction project in Tega Cay and have a punch list (it might seem like a lot, but these are pretty minor tasks): Master bathroom 1. Trim and Caulk 2. Trim and hang pocket door 3. Tile at shower near toilet 4. Finish walls and paint 5. Fix plumbing (sink leaks) check toilet works properly 6. Threshold 7. Mirror 8. Clean tile (not sure grout was sealed) Upstairs bathroom 1. Grout tile around toilet and floor opposite toilet 2. Trim and caulk everything finish walls and paint 3. Clean tile (grout may not have been sealed) Downstairs bathroom 1. Repair or replace loose tile 2. Grout and seal ( please ask about grout color) 3. Trim and caulk everything 4. Plumbing toilet and sink 5. Lighting and mirror 6. Threshhold 7. Clean tile and sink etc. 8. Finish and paint walls 9. Vanity backsplash Outside stairs and Door Siding 1. Secure treads and plug holes in wood siding under stairs 2. Top of hand railing 3. Finish trim above outside of door 4. Re-install screen door 5. Replace trim and caulk around inside of kitchen door 6. Roof line siding Must work efficiently and have knowledge of how to complete all above tasks flawlessly. Must have your own tools, cell phone, and reliable transportation. Must be professional, responsible, and respectful of our client's home.
