Job Description: Responsible for the supervision of all production lines for an assigned shift. Responsibilities include managing all operational requirements of production with an emphasis on safety, quality, productivity, cost vs. budget, company rules & regulations. Knowledge: •Ability to motivate and supervise up to 200 plus employees on any given shift / location. •Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written form. Bi-lingual verbal communication (Spanish) preferred. •Ability to conduct interviews, train and evaluate in both verbal and written forms. •Recognize issues on shifts, lines and react quickly with corrections/ trouble shooting skills to continue output and quality at acceptable levels. •Ability to distinguish products by customer, size, weight, color, brand and design. •Knowledge of job descriptions and work instructions, build instructions for all positions within the Production team and how it relates to specific duties, tasks, and assignments. •Knowledge Microsoft office products such as: Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience: •High School Diploma or equivalent •Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production environment with emphasis in / on engineering processes. •Working in a fast-paced warehouse/ manufacturing environment with temperature variations. •Assembly line balancing in accordance with the line staffing (personnel placement, bottle neck management) •Hire and termination recommendations, as well as other disciplinary recommendations.
