Description: To Apply: 45 3rd Ave Ste 101, Chula Vista, CA 91910 Call: 619-781-8918 Pay: $16/hr Essential Job Functions · Perform shipping and receiving functions and other warehouse operations as needed · Ensure efficient utilization of space; guarantee proper stock rotation, and promote a clean, safe and organized working environment · Comply with OSHA regulations as well as company established policies and procedures · Develop and maintain excellent customer service to our customers · Prepare documents for shipping · Enter data into operational tracking systems · Print, Prepare and Track orders · Provide Corporate with requested Reports, updates, concerns, and overall function of Operations · Assist in inventory process · Document any damaged goods received and work with appropriate channels until full resolution · Provide outstanding customer service by handling and responding to all customer inquiries timely and accurately. Investigate and resolve all shipment related issues to ensure on-time pickup and delivery. · This job description in no way implies that these are the only duties to be performed.
