MaintenanceADVANTAGE is a full service general contracting and maintenance company, providing expert knowledge, professional repair services, value added upgrades, as well as annual health and safety inspections to property owners. We oversee the maintenance of over 500 single family homes, 250 multi-family dwellings and management of 60 HOA's with over 3400 doors in the Greater San Diego area. As a sister company to PropertyADVANTAGE, we work closely with our Property Managers, Accounting and HOA divisions to provide owners with a hands-on approach to property management. Together, we work as a team to seamlessly supply excellent service in all facets of property management. Duties: MaintenanceADVANTAGE is looking for a full-time maintenance technician to assist with day-to-day work order requests throughout the San Diego, North County portfolio. Services will include, but not limited to: Lock Rekey, Drywall Repair, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Appliance Replacement, Trash Outs and Minor Carpentry. Qualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent -3+ years of experience working in a general maintenance environment -Good customer service and professionalism -Honest and good communicator -Clean appearance -Must have clean driving record -Must pass background check -Must have reliable transportation -Must have own tools to perform drywall, painting, plumbing and other general repairs/handyman tasks -Must be willing to work Saturdays -Must be internet/computer savvy -Fair Housing knowledge & cert ++ -Strong iPad or tablet understand and app skills.
