Evergreen Hospice Care, Inc., has a weekly crochet circle caregiver stress support group held every Thursday at 11am. If you don't know how to crochet someone will help you learn. All levels are welcome! The circle members create "fiddle friends" for alzheimers/dementia patients, lap robes, slippers, prayer shawls and other items for hospice patients. The hospice will supply the yarn and beverages are available. Responsible covid precautions are practiced and all participants are asked to wear a mask. If you don't have a mask one will be provided for you. The circle is held in the volunteer office of our administrative offices, no patients are on-site. Please join the circle and create comfort items for hospice patients while you talk with others about your caregiver stress experiences and learn about theirs.
