Musician looking for garage or unused space to practice at

Hey everyone I have an odd ask. I was wondering if anyone has a spare garage or unused space I could use to practice music from for a monthly rate, near North Hollywood. It doesn't have to be fancy, I've worked out of spaces with no electricity, black widows, etc. ha. I basically just can't afford the monthly cost of a real rehearsal space so I'm trying to find an alternate. If anyone has any leads, could you let me know? Thanks, Jared
