Warehouse manager is responsible for managing all warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping, receiving, reordering product, and managing warehouse associates. • Track and manage inventory • Use inventory management software to generate and send POs to book publishers • Pack, verify, and ship orders via USPS, UPS, and FedEx • Use inventory management software and scan guns to process purchase orders and generate invoices • Establish best practices and procedures for safe and effective workflow • Supervise and train warehouse associate(s) • Receive and organize inventory • Use forklifts and pallet jacks to retrieve and receive inventory Required • Must be able to lift 40 lbs, and spend up to 8 hours on feet • Comfortable using Windows 10 and smartphone-based scan gun • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (word, excel) Preferred • Experience as a warehouse lead or associate familiar with managing inventory • Experience using computer software to manage inventory, purchase orders, and invoices Salary Range • $15-$20 an hour based on experience Benefits Full time team members can receive: • Fully paid health care for the team member • 11 Federal Holidays • 12 days of vacation • And many more benefits are offered.
