Small Friendly Grateful Cat Colony Needs Help

I live in Glenwood Apartments and I happened to pass a small colony of semi-feral cats named Skittles, Jax, Bear, Billy, and Piper. They’re in a bad spot where they are visible and they go on cars and they are stressed as well as causing some stress to the residents. I/they need either a yard that is away from other yards or in a cat friendly area or a person with an existing fence and I can put up a cat fence to keep them in. Two are fixed with shots and the others will be. The one named skittles is estimated by People for Animals vet to be 15yrs old. Jax is estimated to be nine. They might not need a place for too long. Thanks for any help. Will pay for their food ongoing as well.
