4 year old loving lab mix needs room to run

It kills us to have to do this however we are seeking a wonderful home for our 4 year old Aussie/lab mix he is neutered and house trained. He needs a home where he can run so having land is ideal for him if not must have a decent size fenced backyard he would be a great cattle dog if he had training he loves to run he is a sweet boy he gets along with other dogs and is great around kids and cats. We have had him since he was a baby and it kills us to do this we just do not have the space he needs to be truly happy and we can’t give him the time he deserves as we’re hardly home I will be asking questions about your home as I want him to go to a great home who will love him forever. There is a small rehoming fee to ensure he goes to a good home. Please message me about that.
