Great Career Opportunity Available: We are actively seeking a maintenance/handyman to join our team! Are you a self-starting positive detailed results oriented and organized individual with professional communication and follow-up skills that can handle being pulled in different directions? Experience: Maintenance/Handyman experience: 1-2 years, preferred; Must be Bi-lingual Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintenance: • Responds to all requests in a timely and efficient manner. • Completes work order requests in a timely manner. • Maintains all mechanical areas in an orderly and clean condition. • Inspects public areas daily for any issues. • Provides maintenance repairs to public areas and administrative offices. • Maintains preventative maintenance and consistently keeps updated records on file. • Maintains units, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities. • Replaces air conditioner filters. • Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment Handyman: Repairs may include basic plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, ventilation, furnishings and fixtures, painting, wall cover repairs, door and window repairs, etc. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30A-5:00PM; available for on-call duties, if necessary Compensation: Hourly Salary based on Experience.
