15 year old black dog lost. Weighs approximately 28 lbs. slight white on his lower lip and a white chest. This boy is almost deaf and blind. He is also diabetic and has been missing since October 4th in the morning. He should have his Invisible fence collar on. Need to find asap before he gets sick. Thank you for keeping a eye out for him
